I can't login. What is wrong?

Please check your username and password. It is important to enter both exactly. When you use copy and paste, it sometimes happens, that a blank is inserted at the end of the string. Then login doesn't work.

 

How can I cancel my membership?

If you joined via Paypal you don't need to cancel because the membership automatically ends. If you subscribed a single, non recurring membership there is no need to cancel too. Only if you have a recurring membership you need to cancel it, if you don't want to stay member anymore. You can do it anytime and the membership will end at the end of the payment period. What is a recurring membership?

A recurring membership doesn't end after 30 days and it will be renewed for another 30 days. So, if you want to stay longer than 30 days, just choose the recurrng membership. The first month will cost $19,95 and all following month only cost $9,95.

 

Don't want a membership. How can I get order single sets?

If you are not interested in a membership, you can order single photo- or videosets by adding it to your shopping card. Afterwards you will be redirected to the shopping card, so you can see all the selected sets. The minimum order limit is $3. Confirm your order and use the Paypal 'buy now' button afterwards to complete payment. You need a Paypal account to do the payment. After payment is done, you will get an email with the download links.

 

My credit card has expired. Can I update to a new card?

Yes, please update the credit card information if you have a recurring membership. Otherwise CCBill can't charge your credit card and then the membership automatically ends. You can change the credit card information by using the following link: https://support.ccbill.com
